Pricing and Ordering

Order cancellations are allowed within three (3) hours of placing an order. After this period, your order may enter the production process, and charges may still apply.
Product Details

Artwork Submission
Customers are responsible for submitting artwork in the required formats and resolutions to ensure print quality. Mario Packaging is not responsible for printing issues caused by low-resolution files, incorrect formats, or artwork errors provided by the customer.
You confirm that you own the rights to any artwork you submit or that you have permission to use it. Submitted content must comply with applicable laws and must not violate intellectual property rights or our content standards.
Payment Information
We may accept or decline payments at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information. If information is incorrect or incomplete, it may result in processing delays, order holds, or service cancellation.
Errors and Corrections
Mario Packaging is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or omissions on the website. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order is submitted.
Return and Reprint Policy
If your order arrives defective or does not match the approved proof, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for custom orders; however, we may offer a reprint based on the approved specifications. Reprint timelines may vary depending on production scheduling.
Shipping and Handling
Most custom packaging orders require approximately 4 to 5 working days for production, plus an additional 2 to 3 business days for shipping (timelines may vary by order complexity and destination).
Mario Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In some cases, we may offer a shipping cost adjustment where applicable, but this is not guaranteed.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful or harmful activities. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
